Shipping

Voare Jewelry offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all U.S. domestic orders. All orders are shipped via USPS.  

Shipping Options

U.S. DOMESTIC:
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. orders (4 to 7 business days), or: 
- $8.95 priority shipping (3 business days)
- $34.95 priority express (1 to 2 business days)
INTERNATIONAL:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all international orders over $150

*All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. We have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them The agency will contact you by email, phone, or mail for your approval to add the extra cost. (If you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office.) Once the package reaches your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.


Returns

Voare Jewelry provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING on all U.S. domestic orders. 
We want you to have the best experience with your order! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If between 15 and 30 days, we accept only exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should e-mail us at customerservice@voare.com, indicating the item(s) and reason for return. If it is a U.S. order, We will send you a confirmation e-mail with a pre-paid label for shipping. If it is an International order we will send you the address where you should send your order back at your expenses. Ensure to return the item(s) in its original packaging and securely sealed.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We don't refund shipping costs.



Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@voare.com.

Warranty
We strive to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Voare offers limited warranty for 14 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If you detect any manufacturing defects after receiving your jewelry, we will happily offer a return within 14 days of purchase.
*This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
