Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Yes, depending on state or country laws. International orders are subject to duties and taxes. We’re not responsible for duties and taxes.

How do I apply coupon codes at checkout?

When you add something to your cart, put the gift card/discount code in the Discount area and click “apply”. That’s it!

I want my stuff, and fast! What are my shipping options?

There are 3 shipping options in the U.S.

  • Free standard shipping (4 to 7 business days)
  • $8.95 priority shipping (3 business days)
  • $34.95 priority express (1 to 2 business days)

We offer free standard shipping on all international orders over $150. Shipping time varies by country.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed/shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will process on Monday.

Where is my order/shipping confirmation?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We ship within 2-5 days via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Can I return my order from Voare?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If it’s between 15 and 30 days, we only accept exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long does it take to process a return/refund?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

My product isn’t what I expected. Can I have a refund or exchange my order?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your unused item/items within 14 days of purchase. You can exchange your product for up to 30 days after purchase.

What if I haven’t received my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund after 3 weeks, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@voare.com. General

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To protect your jewelry, remove it when performing manual tasks and don't wear them when you are cleaning, doing laundry, gardening, swimming, showering and exercising.

Avoid jewelry contact with cleaning products, lotions, soaps, makeup, and perfume. These products usually contain chemicals that can often damage the product. If you need to clean your jewelry, gently wash it with warm soapy water and dry it with a soft and clean cloth. Store your jewelry in a dry area, such as a jewelry box or pouch that prevents pieces from rubbing up against each other.

How are your products crafted?

Our products are made with high-quality materials and stones to give your jewelry a luxurious feel for an affordable price tag.

Do you guarantee your product quality?

We strive to provide high-quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Voare offers a limited warranty for 14 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If you detect any manufacturing defects after receiving your jewelry, we will happily offer a return within 14 days of purchase.

What is not covered under your warranty?

This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication. General wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

How will my jewelry arrive?

Your jewelry will arrive via USPS or any other chosen carrier. When you open your package, your jewelry will be in a beautiful box embossed with the Voare logo.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we do! Gift cards can be purchased in values of $10, $25, $50, or $100.
